Ski seems to be in very good functional condition. Shows nice and bright with the usual amount of cosmetic dings and scratches one would expect from the normal use of a wooden ski. Binding are soft and in good condition with no rips or tears.  They adjust and can currently be set between 10"-12" long and about 4"-4.5" wide.  I really have no good history on this item and can only assume this company is out of business.  Please feel free to ask me questions and I will do my best to answer.  Please request additional close ups of any part of the ski you want.  I took lots of photos.
