This can be used for swimming,exercise, or for hosting up to 6 in the jacuzzi area. The exercise aspect works by swimming against the current that the jets provide. If you are facing the jets, up on the deck is an area where you could attach a pump that would create a waterfall. **That is not included and would need to be added later** This swim spa is 13'x7'x4' and features a HydroQuip Smart Choice electric heater and a Jacuzzi cartridge filter. Empty it weighs 980 pounds or 88.94 per sq. ft. Full it weighs 10,988 lbs. and requires 1200 US gallons of water. There is one light underwater at each end of the pool. The Swimming part of the spa is 8 feet long by 7 feet wide and it is 4 feet deep. There are 6 seats in the jacuzzi with10 jets for the jacuzzi part. It also has 4 jets for the swimming part. This comes with a custom fit thermal cover. Please see all the photos very carefully and ask all questions prior to bidding. PLEASE NOTE: This pool is currently installed in St Augustine Florida, 45 minutes south of Jacksonville and 1.30 hours north of Orlando. We are not able to dismantle this for you. The buyer will assume ALL COST for removal of this item, as well as, the manpower for removal and the equipment for removal. The pool will be drained for you but you must provide the people to take it apart, load it and freight it.
