This new, custom built, one of a kind, 8' billiard table is made using antique reclaimed oak lumber. This is definately a table with character and history and is made from the best components in billiards today. Each table is unique due to the natural variation found in antique wood (wood grain, saw marks, nail holes, etc). Each table is made to order and is ready for shipment in 4-6 weeks from the time of ordering. Every piece of lumber is hand selected and consideration is given to the placement of each piece.   We blend the beauty of hundred year old wood with the following components from Olhousen Billiards, "The Best in Billiards": Uniliner all hardwood frame -  Proven almost two times stronger than competitors tables. With factory-made through-bolted steel brackets that physically support the slate, eliminate frame sag, and prevent frame movement caused by changes in climate. Accu-Fast Cushions - The only cushion that never needs replacing! Not all 100% pure rubber cushions are created equal. Cheap fillers have been used in billiard cushions for years. However, more and more billiard manufactures are following Olhausen's® lead and making cushions from 100% pure gum rubber.  This premium-quality rubber is processed with proprietary chemicals and pigments to increase accuracy and produce consistent play. To prevent the tendency of rubber to revert to its natural soft state, Olhausen also uses special "anti-reversion" chemicals. And because of scientific advances in the curing of rubber, canvas control fabric is not needed with Accu-Fast cushions. 1" Premium Italian slate is oversized and diamond honed to create the perfect playing surface.
